Congratulation Carmen and Rafey!
Congrats to Rafe and Carmen who announced their engagement today, November 12, 2006. We are happy to welcome Carmen into our family! Rafe has found a true gem and Carmen has found, well...Rafe.
And no -it's not theirs! But they look natural with one.
